Have I Told You Lately" is a hit song written by Van Morrison and recorded for his 1989 album Avalon Sunset. It is a romantic ballad often played at weddings although it was originally written also as a prayer.

Rod Stewart covered the song in 1991 and in 1993, a live version was released as a single, becoming a No. 5 hit in the US and the UK. This version also spent five weeks at No. 1 on the US Adult Contemporary chart.
